New Device Setup
For 1 hour labor. Setup work that extends beyond one hour is billed at $30 per additional hour.
Multi-Device Setup
Includes any combination of computers, printers, smart devices, TVs, or streaming boxes. If setup takes longer than 1 hour per device, additional time is billed at $30/hour per device.
Troubleshooting & Advanced Work
For 1 hour labor. Additional work that extends beyond one hour is billed at $45 per additional hour.
Virus Removal/Computer Check-Up
If extra time is needed beyond 90 minutes, hourly rate of $45 per hour applies.
